Administrative – If

cope with the ever present

area. Our clinicians, under
the guidance of our Otolaryngologists,

specially trained audiologist
can assist you from diagnostic

Billing Department – For
any questions/concerns about
your bill or issues with your
insurance payment or submission
or to look into payment options,

Clinical Department – If
you have medical questions
about your care or need a prescription

Surgery Schedulers – In
the event you will need surgery
or need a special test, these
are the people who will help
you get it scheduled and make
sure you have all the items
necessary to complete it successfully.
You will be contacted by the
surgery scheduler assigned
to your doctor. When a surgery
or test needs to be scheduled,
they usually contact you within
a week from the time of your
appointment, depending on the
urgency of the doctors’ request.
